1.1 Age Requirement

Your mobile service provider’s standard data and messaging rates will apply  to all emails received on your mobile device. All charges are billed by and payable to your  mobile service provider. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you represent that you are the  owner or authorized user of the wireless device on which email messages will be received,  and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.

RALSTON reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify  this policy and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. If we  make any substantial changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement  on the Site or by email. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you consent to receive your  notice of the privacy policy via the Site. All changes to this Privacy Policy are effective  immediately upon posting on the Site.
