Kate has spent her career streamlining chaos into clear priorities. At Salesforce, she supported senior leadership and was promoted to Senior Executive Assistant for her ability to anticipate needs and run complex operations with ease. Today, as Chief of Staff at Ralston, she manages executive support for Caleb and leads the operations behind Ralston, ensuring the business runs smoothly and scales with precision.

Trevor Odom
Trevor has helped several online creators gain billions of views across platforms. He has previously led short-form content for a pair of high-profile founders, where he helped scale their following from 1.6M to 11.7M collectively. Today, as Content Director at Ralston, he oversees all creative output and continues to help founders scale their influence through content that compounds.
